✦ About Refund ✦
After sketch, there is no refund, but if there is a reason, or if I took too long(like a year for example), the info below, you get a % refund
Sketch process, will refund 80% of the payment
Line art process, will refund 30% of the payment
After the coloring process and fulfilled rendering, there be no refund
When the art is finalized and sent. I have the right to use commission as my examples, but feel free to ask/dm if you don't want to be shown out public, PLEASE do it before the finalization
There will be NO refund under any circumstances after the art piece has been completed.
Please know that if you make a refund, you CANNOT use any progress photos/drafts I’ve provided under any circumstances and I will have the full right of the unfinished commission.
If I cannot complete the art for any reason, I will give a full refund and have the rights to the commission.

*Mascot(animal/creatures/munchies) & items(food/object) Do not separate from the Adopt (it goes together only)
* You can minor edits on the charater as long is similar as the original design and don't edit/draw on the original design
* Gift/Trade is allowed. You can resell (You can't sell the art at a rate higher than the original auction's price. Unless additional commissions are involved, you can count them toward the total price!
* Do not use AI or NFT
* Do not trace, copy, or claim my art as your own
* For commercial use, please discuss it with me about it
* I accept AB's payment plans can be done within 1-2 months
* If the bid exceeds $150-$250 then payment must be completed within 2 payment transactions in a month

I retain all rights to the finished commission and not limited to: distribution & reproduction self-promotion, display on public sites & portfolio as commission samples
I got the right to decline any in process/request commission if I feel; threatened, uncomfortable, personal reason.. etc..
I have the right to alter my Terms of Conditions at any time
I will notify you beforehand if I desperately need to extend more time due to personal reason
About design: If a commission had been disregarded, I have the full rights to re-use the commission's design

Pokémon is the biggest inspiration and it brings joy to the generation! This is a mix of my style and Pokémon style illustration and my friend Dxnonon is the animation rigger for this commission. We have been working together for 2 years, and thought of using our skills work like a charm!
